Linkin Park - What I’ve Done
As promised, today I'm bringing you a big new hit by the one and only Linkin Park. Fans of this band (that would be me) know they will be releasing their (much anticipated and delayed) third studio album, called Minutes to Midnight, in couple of days. This album represents a radical shift in some of the elements that made Linkin Park the success they are today. Most notably, Mike Shinoda's role in this one, as in rapping, is kind of minimal, performing in solos only in two songs and providing harmonies to the rest.
What I've Done is the first single in this record and the last one to be recorded among the other songs. This song literally represents what Linkin Park are all about. It has a style reminiscent to such songs as Somewhere I Belong. However, it comes off stronger with more raw vocals and guitar sounds that will blow your mind away! Just listen to it.
